About the Role

We are currently seeking a results-driven Officer: Distribution Partnership to join our team in Nigeria, playing a vital role in managing and expanding our nationwide distribution services through an asset-light model.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor team performance, assign workloads, and provide regular feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the accounting team for end-to-end trip status settlement, ensuring prompt payments and accurate cost recognition.
- Schedule and conduct targeted training sessions for team members to enhance operational capabilities.
- Plan and coordinate deliveries to meet customer expectations while enforcing strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and manage expenses efficiently within the approved distribution budgets.
- Engage in CRM cost negotiations with vendors, delivering optimal solutions for bulk distribution operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in distribution management, logistics operations, or third-party distribution models.
- Strong background in customer service management, relationship building, and vendor negotiations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with working knowledge of ERP systems considered a distinct advantage.
