About the Role

We are currently looking for a detail-driven and proactive Officer, Data Governance to join our dynamic team and help drive our data-driven transformation while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards and ethical AI guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and standards in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Data Owners and Data Stewards to enforce data quality, lineage, classification, and access controls.
- Support the development and operationalization of Responsible AI frameworks, monitoring AI model compliance with fairness, transparency, and explainability.
- Maintain AI model inventories, data governance registers, and asset catalogues.
- Prepare periodic governance reports, dashboards, and compliance insights for stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Law, Risk Management, or related fields.
- 3 to 6+ years of professional experience in Data Governance, AI Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, or related functions.
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, risk controls, and data catalog, metadata, lineage, or data quality tools.
- Relevant certifications in Data Governance, Privacy, Risk, or Responsible AI will be an added advantage.
