About the Role

We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our daily administrative operations, ensuring a well-organized, highly efficient, and productive office environment. In this role, you will be the backbone of our workplace, coordinating facilities, managing vendor relationships, and providing top-tier support to our leadership and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations and ensure seamless administrative functions across all departments.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels to guarantee availability when needed.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and building maintenance contractors.
  • Manage administrative and facilities budgets effectively while optimizing operational costs.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant work environment that aligns with company policies and safety standards.
  • Coordinate corporate meetings, internal events, travel arrangements, and general office logistics.
  • Maintain comprehensive office records, filing systems, and highly confidential documents.
  • Facilitate smooth employee onboarding by coordinating workspace setup, equipment, and access credentials.
  • Supervise administrative support staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and clerks.
  • Streamline office procedures and continuously improve administrative systems for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in office administration or office management.
  • Prior experience in supervising and mentoring administrative support staff is a distinct advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern office software.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management and vendor negotiation.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
