We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Facility Management Lead to oversee all facility-related operations across our multiple restaurant outlets. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all facility operations across multiple restaurant outlets, managing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment maintenance.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and control operational costs.
  • Source, vet, and manage vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts for timely and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Oversee waste management, sanitation, and compliance documentation, including licenses, permits, and safety certifications.
  • Prepare and manage facility maintenance budgets and maintain a comprehensive inventory of fixed assets and equipment.
  • Lead emergency response protocols for power outages, leaks, and equipment breakdowns to ensure seamless business continuity.
  • Train outlet staff and managers on facility management policies, safety standards, and effective issue reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in facility management within the food production, hospitality, or multi-outlet retail sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and restaurant kitchen equipment maintenance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget administration.
  • Familiarity with Nigerian health, safety, and environmental regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, maintenance tracking software, and operational reporting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with a high level of integrity.
