About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution for our growing client base in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client discovery workshops to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements and process flows.
- Perform rigorous fit-gap analysis, prioritizing Odoo standard configurations before recommending custom solutions.
- Configure core Odoo modules including CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and Manufacturing according to best practices.
- Execute controlled technical tasks such as modifying views, managing QWeb templates, and leveraging Python and Odoo ORM.
- Oversee data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), comprehensive end-user training, and post-go-live hypercare support.
- Proven hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation and standard functional configuration.
- Working technical knowledge of Python, XML, PostgreSQL, and the Odoo framework.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with Odoo versions, deployment models, and third-party API integrations.
- Relevant Odoo certifications or professional implementation partner background are a distinct advantage.
