About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Odoo Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of Odoo ERP implementations, system enhancements, and client support projects. In this role, you will orchestrate end-to-end project lifecycles from initial mobilisation and requirements validation through configuration, testing, training, and successful go-live.
Key Responsibilities- Manage comprehensive Odoo ERP implementation projects from initiation, discovery, and planning through to deployment and closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Functional Consultants, Odoo Developers, and client stakeholders while maintaining strict ownership of project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Establish and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables while actively tracking dependencies and resource allocation.
- Lead robust scope and change management processes, ensuring change requests are properly logged, evaluated, and approved.
- Serve as the primary delivery contact for clients, leading status meetings, managing expectations, and driving effective governance.
- Oversee data readiness, migration strategies, comprehensive UAT cycles, and user training to guarantee operational readiness prior to go-live.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating critical blockers efficiently.
- Proven professional experience successfully managing ERP, Odoo, or business application implementation projects.
- Strong working knowledge of the Odoo ERP implementation lifecycle and core modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and Purchase.
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, risk management, client-facing stakeholder engagement, and change control.
- Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or official Odoo certifications are highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to bridge technical and business requirements seamlessly.
