We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled OD Operator for our Pipe Mill operations. Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor pipe mill equipment and machinery efficiently to ensure optimal production output.
- Perform routine production operations, planning, and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
- Maintain adherence to strict quality control standards and complete all required operational documentation.
- Work with PLC, VFD, and industrial automation systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with the electrical and mechanical maintenance teams to minimize downtime and resolve technical issues.
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures within the facility.
- Proven experience working in Pipe Mills, Spiral Pipe Mills, Steel Plants, or Rolling Mills.
- Demonstrated background in production operations, industrial automation, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with PLC/VFD systems and electrical maintenance practices in heavy industrial settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Relevant technical certification, diploma, or equivalent vocational training in a related engineering discipline.
