About the Role
Petroexcel Technology Services (P) Limited is a premier engineering, design, and procurement organization serving the global oil, gas, and energy sectors. We deliver end-to-end solutions across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced OD Operator for our Pipe Mill division to ensure seamless production, operational efficiency, and adherence to top-tier quality and safety standards in a dynamic heavy industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor pipe mill machinery, spiral pipe mill equipment, and related heavy industrial systems efficiently.
- Perform routine production operations, production planning support, and basic electrical maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular quality control checks, maintain accurate operational documentation, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Work with industrial automation systems, including PLCs and VFDs, to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental guidelines within the plant.
- Proven experience working in Pipe Mills, Spiral Pipe Mills, Steel Plants, Pipe Manufacturing, Rolling Mills, or Heavy Industrial Projects.
- Strong background in production operations, equipment troubleshooting, and industrial automation (PLC/VFD).
- Familiarity with quality control standards and technical documentation in a manufacturing plant.
