About the Role

In this critical role, you will oversee and optimize our advanced moulding machinery to support our extensive packaging and production needs. Key Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and monitor plastic injection and blow moulding machines (Perform and Cap) to meet daily production targets.
- Conduct routine quality checks on produced items to ensure they meet strict company and industry standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly, and minimize equipment downtime.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental protocols within the manufacturing plant.
- Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to optimize machine efficiency and reduce material waste.
- Maintain accurate production logs, inventory records, and equipment maintenance reports.
- HND or OND in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of cognate, hands-on experience as a Plastic Injection and Blow Moulding Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Deep technical understanding of perform and cap moulding machinery operations and troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to workplace safety standards.
