We are currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate children with diverse learning needs and developmental delays to determine specific occupational therapy requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, special needs specialists, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic child development.
  • Monitor and document each child's progress regularly, adjusting therapeutic strategies and interventions as necessary.
  • Conduct professional training sessions and workshops for teachers and parents within the SENCO community.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and provide detailed progress reports in compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional certification in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • Valid practicing license and registration with relevant professional bodies in Nigeria.
  • Proven professional experience working with children diagnosed with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and other special educational needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and emotional intelligence skills with a genuine passion for child advocacy.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary educational and healthcare team.
