About the Role

We currently seek a qualified and dedicated Radiographer / Sonographer to join our esteemed team of medical professionals. In this role, you will leverage our state-of-the-art medical equipment to perform essential diagnostic procedures, ensuring optimal patient care and accurate clinical outcomes in a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, including general X-rays, routine ultrasound scans, and other specialized radiographic examinations.
  • Prepare, identify, position, and reassure patients prior to and during imaging sessions to guarantee their comfort, safety, and cooperation.
  • Operate, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot radiography and ultrasound equipment strictly in accordance with established safety and operational standards.
  • Produce clear diagnostic images and document accurate preliminary observations while strictly maintaining confidential clinical records.
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare practitioners to facilitate timely and effective patient diagnosis and treatment plans.
  • Participate actively in departmental quality control, clinical audits, and continuous professional development initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent recognized qualification in Radiography, Medical Imaging Science, or a related field.
  • Current professional registration and valid practising licence from the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN).
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience working within a reputable hospital or diagnostic imaging centre.
  • Formal certification or recognized specialized training in ultrasound and sonography is strongly preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of radiation protection protocols, infection prevention measures, and quality assurance standards.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and patient-care abilities, paired with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
