About the Role
Gramaze Healthcare is a registered, technology-driven home healthcare organisation and digital coordination platform based in Nigeria. We specialize in connecting families, qualified caregivers, and medical professionals through integrated technological workflows, ensuring clinical care delivery is structured, transparent, and highly personalized. We are currently looking for four (4) passionate and skilled Occupational Therapists to join our growing team and deliver exceptional home-based therapeutic care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and mental conditions to develop customized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Guide patients through therapeutic activities designed to restore function, improve daily living skills, and enhance independence.
- Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary care teams and family members via our digital coordination platform.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately, ensuring all clinical workflows and reporting standards are met.
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper techniques, home modifications, and safety practices.
- Possession of a valid MDCN license, relevant medical certification, or a recognized care-giving certificate.
- Proven experience in occupational therapy, patient rehabilitation, or home healthcare settings.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills when interacting with patients and their families.
- Ability to adapt to a technology-driven healthcare environment and utilize digital coordination tools.
