We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Occupancy Consultant to join our growing team in Nigeria and help drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct engaging property viewings and tours for prospective tenants, showcasing the unique value of Telamo Properties homes.
- Guide clients seamlessly through the entire leasing process, from initial inquiry to final tenancy agreement signing.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our portfolio, pricing structures, and flexible payment plans to address client questions effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the property management and sales teams to achieve occupancy targets and reduce vacancy rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with prospective residents to foster high conversion rates and positive brand reputation.
- Gather market feedback from clients and report trends to management to help optimize our housing offerings.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in property sales, lettings, or field sales, preferably within the Nigerian real estate market.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple client appointments and follow-ups efficiently.
- Familiarity with property technology platforms and digital CRM tools is an added advantage.
