About the Role
Aldelia Limited is seeking a highly experienced and strategic OC Police professional to lead government security forces coordination and ensure the robust protection of personnel, assets, and operations in Lagos, Nigeria. In this critical role, you will act as the primary liaison between the company and security forces, driving compliance with international security standards and corporate protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and Police, Military, and other Government Security Forces (GSF).
- Drive the implementation of Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR) initiatives and ISPS Code compliance.
- Coordinate security risk assessments, investigations into security breaches, and incident management protocols.
- Manage SPY Police personnel administration, including deployment, training, discipline, and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor GSF performance, deployment, and operational readiness to ensure optimal protection of company assets and personnel.
- Participate in security audits and risk analyses for marine, shore, and operational sites across the region.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience within the Police or Military, holding a minimum rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) or equivalent.
- University degree in any relevant discipline.
- Extensive expertise in government security forces coordination, crisis management, and corporate security.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and modern security reporting tools.
- Relevant security management certifications and membership in recognized professional bodies are distinct advantages.
