About the Role
Aldelia Limited is currently recruiting a dedicated and highly qualified Lagos Security Advisor to support our operations in the oil and gas sector. In this vital role, you will ensure high-quality, timely security advisory services aligned with global best practices and local regulations, guaranteeing the safety of personnel and company assets in a high-risk metropolitan environment.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to area security governance and management by developing security management systems, work instructions, and ensuring operational compliance.
- Conduct area security risk assessments, threat evaluations, and facilitate risk assessment meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage emergency response protocols, prioritizing the protection, tracking, and potential repatriation of personnel within the assigned area.
- Oversee Personnel On Board (POB) control, deliver accurate and timely POB reports, and conduct security inductions for expatriates.
- Design, supervise, and maintain security architecture, access control procedures, and infrastructure at company facilities (KBR).
- Coordinate security performance reporting, track key performance indicators, and maintain compliance with corporate security referentials.
- Minimum of 10 years of extensive military experience in field operations, ideally including international deployments.
- Strong expertise in security risk assessment, crisis management, emergency response, and security infrastructure design.
- Exceptional personal leadership, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver professional security training.
