About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented NYSC Corps Member to join our dynamic team as an Administration and Facility Management Intern in Abuja. The successful candidate will provide essential day-to-day support for our corporate facilities and administrative operations while gaining invaluable experience in a professional financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily administrative and facility management operations to ensure seamless business continuity.
  • Assist with monitoring office supplies, equipment inventory, and facility requirements.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise effectively with vendors and external service providers.
  • Support the maintenance of a clean, safe, professional, and conducive work environment for staff and visitors.
  • Assist with administrative documentation, record keeping, and report generation.
  • Support the coordination of internal meetings, corporate events, and other office activities.
  • Monitor facility-related issues proactively and ensure prompt, efficient resolution.
  • Assist with tracking facility expenses, service schedules, and maintenance logs.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • Must have a valid deployment posting to Abuja for the NYSC primary assignment.
  • Must be a Batch A or Batch B1 2026 NYSC Corps Member.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline with a minimum grade of Second Class Upper (2:1).
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication alongside strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Show proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Display a meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Maintain a proactive, responsible attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
