In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between our innovative financial solutions and our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce our financial products and services.
- Promote company offerings effectively to achieve sales and marketing targets.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information.
- Generate quality leads and diligently follow up on potential customers.
- Maintain proper and detailed records of all customer interactions, feedback, and engagement metrics.
- Build and maintain strong, positive, and lasting relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities and campaigns.
- Must be a currently serving NYSC Corps Member based in Abuja and actively seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrate strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision while delivering exceptional results.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or customer service tools will be an added advantage.
- Gain valuable hands-on corporate experience in the thriving African fintech and financial services industry.
