We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and physically active Warehouse Officer to join our dynamic logistics team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our inventory is managed efficiently, accurately, and safely, directly contributing to our clients' supply chain success.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and arranging raw materials and finished products upon delivery.
- Transport and move materials securely to designated storage areas within the warehouse.
- Perform timely loading and unloading of goods for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensure all inventory is systematically arranged and easily accessible for daily operations.
- Support regular stock counting, auditing, and basic inventory reconciliation checks.
- Handle all products with utmost care to minimize loss, breakage, or damage.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital records of items received or dispatched.
- Keep the warehouse environment clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Adhere strictly to internal warehouse safety protocols and material handling procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and support ad-hoc supply chain duties as assigned.
- Previous professional experience working in a warehouse, storekeeping, or logistics role is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organizational capability.
- Demonstrated ability to handle, lift, and move materials safely.
- Physical stamina and capability to perform active, repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
- Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills for inventory management.
