We are currently seeking driven and ambitious NYSC Corps Members to join our dynamic team in Lagos. This placement provides recent graduates with a unique platform to bridge academic knowledge with practical industry experience, working alongside seasoned financial and data professionals in a reputable insurance institution.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the finance and accounting department with daily bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting tasks.
- Support the data analytics team in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to generate actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk assessment, process optimization, and operational reporting.
- Participate in audits, budget tracking, and financial reconciliation processes under the supervision of senior staff.
- Prepare regular presentations, dashboards, and analytical reports to support management decision-making.
- Currently serving your National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) with a primary assignment in Lagos.
- Recent Bachelor degree in Accounting, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools or programming languages is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
