Key Responsibilities- Assist senior business analysts in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements across various banking operations.
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex financial and operational data to generate insightful reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend practical process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, dashboards, and presentation materials for stakeholders and management review.
- Track project milestones and assist in monitoring the successful implementation of new business strategies and systems.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all analytical outputs and daily administrative tasks.
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or any relevant discipline with a minimum of Lower Credit or Second Class Lower.
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience in business analysis, data analysis, banking, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity in other data analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and professional report-writing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and cooperatively within cross-functional teams.
- Prior knowledge or internship experience in banking operations or financial services will be a distinct advantage.
- Must possess a valid NYSC completion or exemption certificate.
- Candidates must be 29 years of age or below.
