About the Role
Join Zamfara State Government as a Nutrition Technician and contribute to improving nutritional standards and public health outcomes across the state. We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide nutrition guidance, dietary assessments, and health education services to communities throughout Zamfara State.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver nutrition and dietary counselling services to individuals and communities
- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop tailored dietary plans
- Provide health education on nutrition, food safety, and wellness practices
- Support public health initiatives and nutrition programmes
- Maintain detailed records and prepare reports on nutrition services delivered
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes
- Conduct community outreach and health promotion activities
- National Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics from an accredited institution
- Valid National Identification Number (NIN)
- Nigerian citizen by birth with proof of LGA indigeneship
- Age 18–40 years
- Medically and physically fit to perform duties
- Clean criminal record with no history of dismissal from public service
- Willingness to work in rural areas and accept deployment anywhere in Zamfara State
