About the Role

Dragnet Solutions is seeking a dedicated Nursing Officer (In-Patient) to join our esteemed healthcare network in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care, ensuring that all patients receive exceptional clinical attention throughout their hospital stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care for in-patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately while strictly adhering to professional scopes of practice.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, maintain early-warning scores, and promptly escalate deteriorating conditions.
  • Lead smooth admission and discharge processes while actively participating in ISBAR shift handovers.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records in compliance with infection-prevention standards.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support managed-care processes and deliver holistic bedside nursing.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification from an accredited institution or a Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc/BSc Nursing).
  • Current and valid NMCN registration/license with active MCPDP compliance.
  • Completed or exempted from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-registration clinical experience in an in-patient hospital setting (exceptional newly registered nurses will be considered).
  • Strong proficiency in nursing assessments, care planning, safe medication administration, and patient safety protocols.
