We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Nursing Officer I to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team and contribute to our tradition of medical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with professional standards and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications accurately, and maintain meticulous medical records.
- Participate in clinical training, ward rounds, and educational programs to support the development of future healthcare professionals.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, infection control, and quality assurance guidelines across the facility.
- Utilize hospital ICT systems efficiently for patient management, documentation, and reporting.
- Possession of NRN and NRM or HND in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Current registration and valid practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Possession of an NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
- Relevant post-qualification clinical experience and proven professional competence.
- Additional postgraduate qualifications in any specialized nursing field will be a distinct advantage.
