Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and nursing interventions across assigned clinical units
- Monitor patient vital signs, health conditions, and medication responses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records and documentation
- Support medical students and residents in their clinical training
- Uphold infection control protocols and maintain hygienic standards
- Respond promptly to patient needs and ensure comfort and safety
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license and professional registration with NINR
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in team-based environments
