Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for learners aged 3 to 10 years based on experience.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to organize school events, extracurricular activities, and curriculum planning.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and proper behavioral management of all children under your supervision.
- Possession of an NCE or a Bachelor Degree in Education (B.Ed) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 to 9 years of relevant teaching experience in a structured nursery or primary school setting.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in using digital tools for modern classroom instruction.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage young learners and parents effectively.
- High level of patience, creativity, and dedication to early childhood education and child development.
