Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the school curriculum and support early childhood development.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and active participation.
- Monitor, assess, and document each child's academic, social, emotional, and physical progress regularly.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective and compassionate communication.
- Manage classroom behavior proactively while promoting positive social interactions and emotional regulation among toddlers.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops.
- Possess a relevant academic qualification in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Proven previous teaching experience within a nursery or early years school setting.
