About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons tailored for nursery-aged children in alignment with early childhood education standards.
- Assess, monitor, and record pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate student records and communicate constructively with parents regarding their children's progress.
- Foster a warm, positive, and inclusive relationship with pupils, parents, and professional colleagues.
- Participate actively in school co-curricular activities, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development programs.
- Ensure a safe, stimulating, and well-managed classroom environment that encourages curiosity and foundational learning.
- Minimum qualification of NCE, B.Ed., B.A. (Ed.), B.Sc. (Ed.), or a recognized equivalent educational degree.
- 4 to 7 years of proven teaching experience in a recognized Nursery or Early Years educational setting.
- Strong working knowledge of Early Childhood Education principles and child-centered teaching methodologies.
- Exceptional classroom management, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing modern teaching aids, instructional materials, and basic educational technology.
- Strong commitment to upholding both academic excellence and moral development in line with our institutional values.
