About the Role
Angels Newworld International School is a premier co-educational institution located in Sango-Ota, Ogun State, dedicated to fostering academic excellence, moral integrity, and holistic student development. We are currently seeking a passionate, qualified, and dynamic Nursery Teacher to join our team at our Elejigbo Progressive Estate campus. In this role, you will play a foundational part in shaping young minds, delivering engaging early childhood education, and creating a nurturing atmosphere that inspires a lifelong love for learning.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate, and effective lessons to nursery pupils.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity.
- Support pupils' academic, social, emotional, and moral development.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, continuous assessments, and accurate student records.
- Participate actively in school activities, clubs, co-curricular, and extracurricular programs.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, discipline, punctuality, and effective communication.
- Act as a mentor, positive role model, and nation builder for young learners.
- Minimum of HND, NCE, BSc, BEd, or Master's degree in a relevant educational field.
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience in a recognized nursery or primary school.
- Valid NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate is mandatory.
- Must be willing to commit to a minimum tenure of two (2) years.
- Demonstrated passion for early childhood teaching and holistic child development.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
