Key Responsibilities- Inspect, maintain, and repair various mechanical equipment and systems to ensure peak operational performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical faults promptly, carrying out effective and lasting repairs.
- Execute rigorous preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize unexpected equipment downtime.
- Carry out professional installation, servicing, precision alignment, and adjustment of industrial mechanical equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to all internal and industry-standard safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on professional experience as a Mechanical Technician within a busy industrial environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical systems, specialized tools, heavy equipment, and modern maintenance practices.
- Proven proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, corrective repair, and routine preventive maintenance programs.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures, OSHA standards, and general maintenance guidelines.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
