Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for nursery school pupils in alignment with the school curriculum.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Monitor, assess, and record each child's progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their development.
- Utilize IT tools and modern teaching aids to enhance classroom interactivity and digital literacy among young learners.
- Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior positively to foster a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs organized by the institution.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), National Certificate in Education (NCE), B.Sc, or HND in a relevant discipline.
- Mandatory possession of Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) Certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in IT literacy with the ability to use modern educational technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Prior experience in early childhood teaching or nursery education is an added advantage.
