About the Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Nursery School Teacher to help shape the minds of our youngest learners. In this role, you will create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe classroom environment that encourages early childhood development, social skills, and foundational literacy and numeracy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the nursery school curriculum.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that promotes positive social interaction.
- Assess and monitor individual student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering curiosity, creativity, and independence in children.
- Organize interactive learning activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, and basic cognitive games.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to enhance student welfare and early learning outcomes.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, or relevant certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a nursery or kindergarten teacher within a reputable school.
- Strong passion for child development and early childhood education pedagogies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
