Key Responsibilities- Provide strong academic leadership within the College of Medical Laboratory Science and mentor junior faculty members.
- Design, update, and deliver comprehensive undergraduate and postgraduate curricula in Clinical Chemistry.
- Conduct high-impact, cutting-edge research and publish scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed local and international journals.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate student research projects, theses, and dissertations.
- Participate actively in departmental, college, and university committee assignments and community service initiatives.
- Foster collaborative research partnerships and linkages with industry stakeholders and international academic institutions.
- Must possess a PhD in Clinical Chemistry or a closely related relevant discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- Demonstrate a minimum of ten (10) years of cognate university teaching, research, and administrative experience.
- Must possess a substantial and verifiable record of high-quality publications in reputable peer-reviewed academic outlets.
- Proven track record of successful postgraduate teaching, student supervision, and academic leadership.
- Must hold recognized professional qualifications with current professional registration and a valid practicing license where applicable.
