Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons using the EYFS framework tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that prioritizes child safety and protection policies.
- Foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of nursery pupils, building confidence and emotional intelligence.
- Integrate modern educational technology and digital tools seamlessly into daily classroom instruction.
- Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress meticulously, identifying areas for personalized support.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, school administration, and parents to support holistic student growth.
- Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field.
- Valid teaching certification, including TRCN or recognized nursery school teaching credentials.
- Demonstrated prior teaching experience within a reputable nursery school setting.
- Strong working knowledge of child safety, safeguarding policies, and best practices.
- High level of digital literacy and proven ability to integrate technology in modern classrooms.
