Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging daily lessons and activities aligned with the early childhood curriculum.
- Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children's participation and curiosity.
- Monitor and record the physical, social, and emotional development of each child, providing regular feedback to parents.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques and age-appropriate guidance strategies.
- Organize creative and educational play activities, including arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and outdoor games.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, school administration, and parents to support holistic child development and address individual learning needs.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all pupils while in the school premises.
- Possession of an SSCE, NCE, B.Ed, HND, or BSc in Education or a related discipline.
- Proven experience working in an early childhood or nursery school teaching environment is an added advantage.
- Strong passion for working with young children and supporting their foundational development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a warm, approachable demeanor.
