In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive academic excellence, mentor teaching staff, and ensure the school operates efficiently in alignment with educational standards and the institution's core values.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee comprehensive curriculum planning, implementation, and continuous assessment to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Ensure all teaching standards strictly meet government and educational board requirements.
- Manage school budgets, facilities, and learning resources effectively to support optimal academic delivery.
- Maintain proper record-keeping, institutional reporting, and full regulatory compliance.
- Build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with parents, school boards, and the wider community.
- Represent the school professionally in official functions and external stakeholder activities.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree from a recognized institution.
- Proven, demonstrable experience in school administration and educational leadership.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proximity to the Ketu-Ojota axis of Lagos or willingness to commute easily to the location.
