Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, child-centred lesson activities aligned with nursery curriculum standards
- Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and emotional development
- Assess and monitor individual student progress, providing timely feedback to parents and guardians
- Implement classroom management strategies that encourage discipline, cooperation, and positive behaviour
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to support holistic child development
- Foster spiritual growth and moral values consistent with our Christian faith-based mission
- Minimum qualification: NCE, B.Ed., B.Sc. (Ed.) or equivalent professional certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven classroom management expertise
- Strong knowledge of child-centred teaching methodologies
