About the Role

Perfect Mind Schools is a prominent educational institution located in Osun State, Nigeria, with campuses in Osogbo and the Boredun district of Ilase-Ijesa. Established in September 2016, we are widely recognized for combining high-quality secular academic standards with foundational Islamic moral values. We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Nursery / Primary Class Teacher to join our dedicated team and foster a nurturing, intellectually stimulating environment for our students.

As a Class Teacher at Perfect Mind Schools, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that align with the school's curriculum while fostering both academic growth and moral development. Your core duties will include:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging daily lessons for nursery or primary students in line with approved academic standards.
• Integrate Islamic moral values and ethics into daily classroom activities and interactions.
• Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress, behavioral development, and overall participation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and inclusive learning environment conducive to early childhood and primary education.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, school administration, and parents to support student well-being and academic success.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and progressive discipline strategies.

To be considered for this exciting teaching opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum qualifications include a BSc, HND, NCE, or SSCE coupled with verifiable teaching experience.
• Higher educational qualifications in Education or related fields will be an added advantage.
• Applicants must currently reside in or around Oke Baale, Osogbo, Boredun, or nearby areas in Osun State for easy commuting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
• A passion for child development and a willingness to uphold Islamic moral-based education.
