Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive daily lessons in alignment with the approved school curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active student participation and curiosity.
- Manage student behavior effectively by implementing positive reinforcement and structured classroom-management strategies.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress, behavioral development, and overall performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain transparent communication with parents regarding child development.
- Participate actively in school extracurricular activities, staff meetings, professional development workshops, and community events.
- Hold a minimum of an NCE or B.Ed. in Education, or a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of proven professional teaching experience within a nursery or primary school setting.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage young learners effectively.
- Possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and classroom-management abilities.
