We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Nursery Expert to join our esteemed early childhood education team in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the school curriculum and focus on early literacy and numeracy.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social-emotional development and active participation.
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress, providing regular, constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Implement positive behavior management strategies to foster discipline, respect, and confidence among young learners.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to organize extracurricular activities, school events, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the nursery section at all times.
- Possession of a relevant NCE, Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent professional teaching qualification.
- Proven working experience as a nursery teacher or early years educator in a reputable institution.
- Deep understanding of child development theories and modern early childhood pedagogical practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a genuine passion for working with children.
- Patience, creativity, and a warm, approachable demeanor suited for managing young learners.
- Valid registration with relevant professional teaching bodies in Nigeria is an added advantage.
