We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physics Teacher to join our esteemed academic team in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality Physics lessons to secondary school students in alignment with the approved curriculum.
- Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans that promote critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and academic excellence.
- Conduct practical laboratory experiments to enhance students' understanding of theoretical physics concepts.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and socially-emotional classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to enhance the science department and participate in extracurricular activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student academic performance and behavioral development.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Physics, or a related field with a relevant teaching certification (TRCN is an added advantage).
- Proven teaching experience working as a Physics Teacher in a reputable primary or secondary school.
- Strong knowledge of local and international physics curricula and modern pedagogical approaches.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Demonstrated passion for student social-emotional development and holistic education.
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning processes.
