Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and child-friendly learning environment for all pupils.
- Effectively manage classroom activities and maintain positive discipline.
- Assess pupils' academic progress and provide targeted support.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson notes, teaching aids, and instructional materials.
- Maintain accurate attendance and academic records.
- Promote pupils' holistic development including intellectual, emotional, social, and moral growth.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, school events, and continuous professional training programmes.
- Communicate professionally and regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Perform other teaching-related duties as assigned by the school management.
- Minimum qualification of an ND, HND, or B.Sc. in Education or related fields.
- At least 1 year of proven teaching experience in a Nursery or Primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Patient, caring, and deeply passionate about working with young children.
- High level of moral character, integrity, and a professional attitude.
- Teachable, adaptable, and eager to learn new pedagogical approaches.
