About the Role
Silver Slate Schools is recruiting a passionate and qualified Nursery/Early Years Teacher to join our dynamic educational community. You will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that foster cognitive, social, and emotional development in young learners within an Islamic-centered educational framework. Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote holistic child development
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to support positive learning behaviors
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about child progress and developmental milestones
- Monitor and assess individual learning needs, adjusting teaching methods accordingly
- Foster values aligned with Islamic principles and character development
- Collaborate with colleagues to support school objectives and best practices
- Minimum NCE (National Certificate of Education) or higher qualification in Education or related field
- Teaching experience in early years/nursery setting (advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
