Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging daily lessons aligned with the early childhood curriculum.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and well-organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Monitor, evaluate, and record each child's academic and social progress.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their children's development and daily activities.
- Implement positive classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
- Organize creative activities, arts, crafts, and educational games to stimulate cognitive growth.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all pupils under your care at all times.
- Possession of ND, NCE, OND, HND, BSc, BEd, or equivalent academic qualifications.
- Proven experience working as a nursery or early childhood teacher is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Genuine love for children and patience in handling early learners.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the school staff.
