Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the approved primary school curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages student participation and positive behavior.
- Assess, monitor, and record students progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement positive discipline strategies.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to plan school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and prepare periodic student report cards.
- Minimum of ND, NCE, OND, HND, BSc, or BEd in Education or a related discipline.
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting is an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
