Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver stimulating Nursery 2 lessons aligned with early childhood education best practices and play-based learning frameworks.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that supports children with diverse abilities and learning paces.
- Monitor, assess, and document individual student progress, communicating regularly and professionally with parents and guardians.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and proactive engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to enhance the overall early years curriculum and school events.
- Bachelor Degree in Education with a specialization in Early Childhood Education or a closely related relevant degree.
- Valid Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience specifically within an Early Years or Nursery setting.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of child development principles and play-based learning methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with outstanding classroom management abilities.
