Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons tailored to the developmental needs of Nursery 1 children.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and inclusive strategies.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to design holistic early years programs.
- Support children with diverse abilities, ensuring every child feels valued and included.
- Bachelor Degree in Education with a focus on Early Childhood Education or a closely related relevant degree.
- Valid TRCN Certification or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience within an early years setting.
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of child development principles and play-based learning methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong classroom management abilities.
