Key Responsibilities- Examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe appropriate medications and treatments.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate various diagnostic tests to inform clinical decisions.
- Gather detailed health histories and perform physical examinations and diagnostic procedures.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust comprehensive treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
- Document all patient interactions accurately and dictate medical notes in a timely manner.
- Escalate unusual or unexpected clinical events promptly to the managing physician.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, physicians, and staff members.
- Valid license and certification to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction.
