Key Responsibilities- Assist the medical team in comprehensive patient diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Manage seamless patient admission and discharge processes.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, take detailed medical histories, and monitor vital signs for effective follow-up care.
- Perform clinical procedures including wound dressings, medication administration, IV placement, cannulation, and laboratory sample collection.
- Handle patient grievances professionally and report any critical incidents promptly to management.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential documentation of all patient encounters.
- Ensure a clean, sterile, and safe clinical environment at all times in compliance with hospital standards.
- Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.NSc) degree from a recognized institution.
- Possession of a current and valid Nursing Practice license in Nigeria.
- Strong clinical competencies with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
