About the Role
Ganfeng Lithium Industry Limited is a leading mining and mineral processing company in Nigeria, focused on the exploration, extraction, and processing of lithium. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our factory clinic in Endo, Nasarawa State. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional nursing care to our workforce, manage medical emergencies, and ensure the seamless daily operation of our industrial healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and effective basic and emergency nursing care, first aid, and treatment for workplace illnesses and injuries.
- Assist the resident Medical Doctor with patient consultations, clinical examinations, and routine procedures.
- Administer prescribed medications, manage wound care, perform dressings, and monitor patient vital signs.
- Respond swiftly and efficiently to workplace accidents and critical medical emergencies.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential medical records for all staff members.
- Oversee the inventory of medical supplies, ensuring equipment is fully functional and well-maintained.
- Promote occupational health, hygiene, and safety awareness across the factory environment.
- Coordinate external patient referrals to specialized hospitals when advanced medical care is required.
- Prepare and submit routine healthcare reports to the company management.
- Possess an RN/RM qualification or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Hold a current, valid registration and practicing license issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, with prior background in a factory, industrial, or occupational health setting considered a strong advantage.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and crisis-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to reside and work on-site in Endo, Nasarawa State.
