Key Responsibilities- Perform NDT inspections using applicable methods including UT, RT, MT, PT/DPT, ET, VT, and Thermal Imaging.
- Inspect materials, welds, and structures for cracks, corrosion, and other irregularities.
- Set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain specialized NDT equipment according to safety standards.
- Interpret, evaluate, and document test results accurately to determine equipment integrity.
- Prepare comprehensive inspection reports detailing findings, methods used, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and quality assurance personnel to resolve identified issues.
- Ensure all activities strictly adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Diploma, HND, BSc, or equivalent in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Materials Science, or related technical field.
- Valid NDT certification(s) such as ASNT, PCN, ISO 9712, or equivalent in relevant methods.
- Proven practical experience in one or more NDT methods, with multi-method expertise as an advantage.
- Strong understanding of NDT standards, codes, and technical drawings.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites and work flexible hours as required.
